I did not know about this forum until you told me about it. I was just learning a few of the names on the CCO forum now i don't know anyone but you over here.
It has been almost a year from the last call's i built. Mainly due to breaking my shoulder late last year. Those old bones take a long time to heal. It's almost like starting over learning how to tune a call. You just loose your touch when you don't work on them all the time.
I really loved the pic with my old dog and the turkey. That is one of our last pic's of him, he had internal cancer and we soon after that had to have him put to sleep. Like loosing a family member, had him 14 years.
Thanks to all the kind words ya'll have made about my call's. I try real hard to put turkey in them or they go to Martha's fire wood pile. She keeps plenty warm
Your cedar short box i made for you must have a turkey in it, looks like it is roosting in a tree.
