Holly and Snakewood
« on: July 09, 2013, 08:25:52 PM »
I hope you guys aren't tired of seeing scratchboxes yet . Here is one I just finished from a tiny scrap of snakewood leftover from my last call. I had a 7/8'' piece which I put together with american holly . I didn't have enough snakewood to make the striker so I picked a piece of amboyna burl that looked like a close match.  Thanks for looking !
Bob

That looks sweet. All you had to do was ask Bob I have some scraps on the bench you could have used.
