Walking the Wire
« on: June 24, 2013, 05:02:51 PM »
As I watched Nik Wallenda start to walk the the wire last night I was not prepared for what was to happen as he walked.  He openly prayed, out loud, to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to help him calm his nerves, still the wind and decrease the vibration in the wire beneath his feet.  What a testimony!! My heart was lifted as I hope all Christians who watched felt the same.

I saw that too Ralph, and I found it very inspirational.  I'm sure there were some atheists watching the show and were very upset by that.  I was glad they kept the audio on him.  But then again it's live TV and he's gonna say whatever comes to him.   Crossing that canyon took a lot of guts and a lot of prayer.

What I heard and saw was absolutely awesome! To hear him openly pray and praise Jesus Christ was very moving.

He did the same, when crossing Niagara Falls. I believe, that he is a deeply religious man.
