Never posted sound files.Can anyone help me?

Brian, I am not sure how or where you uploaded your pics, but I send mine to photobucket and as well my videos I make in the woods.  They take quite a while to load, and of course there may be better ways to do it, but it does work.  An average video clip, though I know you are asking about sound files, take about 30-35 minutes to load.  I have not done just a sound file, maybe someone else will help us both out.

I have used this site in the past, I am sure there are many others you can find doing a google search.

You will first have to create a sound file to upload, depending on your computer operating system you should have a sound recorder, you will also need a mike. If you click on start, you should see all programs,go up to accessories and select entertainment, then sound recorder. Not sure if this is current, the computer I am on now is Windows XP, regardless there should be a sound recorder somewhere on your pc. Once you have created your sound file, it is pretty straight forward to name it and upload it, share pretty much as you would an image by using the right code.

I uploaded a short video recording to YouTube the other day, it was pretty simple, straight forward to do and didn't take very long. It seemed the sound quality was better than what I was able to get using my computer (probably due to the mike I had) I'm still getting some back ground noise though
