About 12 years ago I fished a lot of bass tournaments. I always did well no matter the conditions or how the bite was. My lure was always the same tube lures. I would only fish Gitzit tubes. It started to be a nickname after a while. I was born in 68 so I started using gitzit68 for my email. User names had to be different so I went with 69 on the end.

when I started out surfing around these forums, I didn't know much about computers and still don't, Lonnielou was part of my email address, Lonnie for me and the lou is the second half of my wifes name, Marylou, I mixed up the part where it says to pick a user name, thinking it had to be part of my email address, so I entered lonnielou, the 688 comes from our favorite NASCAR drivers at the time, #6 for Mark Martin, # 88 for Dale Jarrett, so anyone with any Nascar knowledge knows I've been using this user name now for well over 10 years or so, Mark has moved on to several other owners since then, and Jarrett's head got to big to fit into the car window so he retired since then. Mark was the fellow I followed . My wife hates Nascar now !!             >!!

When I first started participating in internet forums in college years ago....I was also involved with lumberjack competitions, like the Stihl Timbersports Series you see on tv,  I figured the name was unique enough so have stuck with it!! I added the WV for my beloved home state!!!!

JLC is my Dad's initials.   That's him in my avitar.  I love that man!  Lost him a few years ago and when I needed a name for my calls, that's the first thing I came up with.

When I was born Brian Keith was a popular actor and one of moms favorites. So my first and middle name was set.
Aliff is my last name,so I use my initials BKA. Some folks call me a artist because I do a little painting so I go by BKAart on some other fourms. besides Brian Keith does play a lead role in one of my favorite movies The Mountian Men.

I use to have the handle Cluck-n-Purr, because I love using, those calls in the Spring and Fall. Then my wife gave me the idea for, GR8CALLS, because of my passion of turkey calls and collecting.

When I was a kid growing up, we all hung out wading creeks catching Crawdads, even though I was the youngest of them all, there was not a Crawdad to big for me to grab & I was good at it. When the other guys found one they were afraid to get, they called me. So that's how I got the name.
