Rage 2-blade is all I hunt with.  I know the first gobbler I got with a bow would have got away if I was using something like the guillotine.  I have never seen a bird get away from a hit with the Rage broadheads.

  Well I'm an old school Traditional guy and like to keep it simple.  I use a large 3/blade fixed head, heavy.  With my equipment I want something with a lot of shock and knockdown power. Of course my bows are slower, but that is not necessarily a bad thing, my arrow rarely passes through the bird and helps with recovery if the bird does make it out of sight.
  Basically use what you are used to and flies good out of your bow, you don't have to go buy something special for Turkeys. Just remember as with anything else, it's not the bow, it's not the arrow, and it's not the broad head, it's where you put the arrow that matters most.

The two hot ones right now are the Spitfire Gobbler Getter which is a mechanical head with a blunt tip for high shock body shots.  The other is the Magnus Bullhead  which has fixed propeller blades for decapitating head shots.
