I know this is in the call makers area but I just had to post it here. I want to thank Scott Witter, Al and Josh Shoomaker, Jeff McKamey, Irving Whitt, Albert Paul, Mike Lapp, Bob Fulcher, Tim Bullock and I know there were a few others that I can't remember their names. They all gave me some tips on improving my call making skills. They were all awesome and class acts. I have soo much knowledge running around in my head I don't know whats going to come out when I sit down and start making another box call. They all took time from their bussiness during the convention to run one of my calls and give me feedback. I think Whitt said I owed him 10,000 in time he saved me. LOL Again you guys are a great group and I was honored that you helped a poor boy from California. Sorry if I missed some guys and I know I did. I hope I spelled everybody's name right. That was for you Scott. Lol You were such a great help. Thanks for everything.

I know what you mean, bud. I have talked to most all of the fellows you mentioned, myself and I felt humbled. The gentlemen that you mention here have each forgotten more than I'll ever know about making turkey calls and yet they remained gracious enough to share with a novice like me. That's one of the main things I like about the convention. Thank you all for taking the time for us little guys!

You do good work, yourself! Keep it up and your words might be revered as much as theirs!

Joe Al nailed it! Develop your sound and be able to know how to get it your call is strong! I like it a lot keep after it my friend.  It was worth coming to the convention just to hear you gobble on that mouth call.  AWESOME!
