Well while I've been away, I've been a very very busy person. I've started back up in a sport I used to compete in regularly. I'm not sure why I've taken the urge to get back into handguns, but I have. I've completed my CCW class and am going through the process of becoming a legal CCW carrier.
Always been a fan of the 1911 platform and after holding and shooting several glock and glock like guns... I just could not pull the trigger on one. So I ended up becoming a Springfield Armory fan and purchased a 1911 Loaded in 45 and an EMP in 40 S&W. The more I shoot the better I am getting
I love these guns and have blown away a lot of steam lately shooting. The full size is a dream to shoot. I've only made one modification and that was to get rid of the two piece guide rod and install a wilson combat in it. The EMP is stock and she's a shooter!!!
