Walnut and Maple
« on: December 25, 2012, 04:44:40 PM »
Well this has been one tough year for me.  Work has had me stretched pretty thin since March with little or no time for turkey calls.  Then I messed around the week before Thanksgiving and had a heart attack.   I just thank the Good Lord he saw fit to keep me around a little longer.   Anyway, I've had this one on my books for a close friend for a long time and finally managed to finish it as a Christmas Present from his wife on the 23rd.

Maple and Walnut.

I think it's about time for a little more sawdust therapy.

Merry Christmas to all.
Todd

Beautiful call Todd. I know your friend was pleased with that one. I am like Bob and had no idea you were having health issues. I am glad you are doing better and back on your feet. I think we all tend to take our health for granted and it truly is a blessing.

Thanks for the comments everyone

Sweet caller as always my friend!! Sure glad you're doing better! Take care of yourself and hope to see you in a couple months.

Don't think we are gonna make it Nashville this year  *cry*  I just thought the nightly rates at the Gaylord were bad  until I had a week stay at the University Hospital.
