Cow Horn Tube Call
« on: November 04, 2012, 09:39:14 PM »
Just finished this one up recently.  I love this call as it plays exceptionally well.  Its about 4" in length and can play from soft to extremely loud for those windy days.  Pictures do it no justice.  It is all natural cow horn, a first for me and not the last.  I built it trying to maintain the natural shape of the horn while still achieving the playability that I wanted.  The mouth piece was shaped all by hand with hand tools to achieve my signature design.  I personally find it to play easier and better than the typical turned round mouth piece, but to each there own of course.  The entire call is shaped, carved and textured by hand and accented with brown ink to match the texas ebony lip rest.  It is for sale on ebay.  Thanks for the look, hope you like it.  My ebay name is Dragonfly1275 and I have other items listed there as well that some of you may be interested in such as a scrimshaw tool and turkey vest all for very good prices.  Thanks.

Ooops.... up load troubles.  Check ebay for pictures and listing.  Thanks
