This Soft Touch is a 3 1/2" crystal, with a laminated birch striker. These calls are a low pitched sounding call that work great for closing talk, feeder calls, tree talk, and kee kees. It will produce a young bird, an old hen, or a gobbler sound, with 3 different tones in the yelps, clucks, purrs, and kee kees. I'm sitting only about a foot away from the mic, so it's a bit loud, but it will show you the different tones in the call. It needs some more conditioning, but it is headed from the woods shortly.
