Here's a call I just finished for outdoor writer Steve Hickoff . This call will be featured in a story that Steve wrote about scratchboxes for Turkey and Turkey Hunting magazine . This one is made from musical grade mahogany from the Gibson guitar co. along with some marbled hard crotch maple that woodman sent me . This stuff really is like working with stone ! This call has alot of tone and will make everything from very realistic clucks and easy purrs , to a hard breaking yelp . Hopefully , Steve will use this call to roll a big ol' gobbler !
