Alright folks……I got something planned for this Sunday afternoon that should put monster largemouths on the end of my fishing line.  I haven’t got to fish in a little while and this will be a full afternoon on a brand new lake that has mean thundering large lipps in it and I’m going with an ole sly fox that has been secretly sticking hawgs on this new lake but he has shared his success with a limited few and I am one of the fortunate few that he has shared with!

So stay tuned to something BIG from ole Cletus T.  I should have a most excellent fishing story come Monday!  I’m so fired up that I just roundhoused kick the front desk lady at work.  I mean I kicked her right in the kisser (J/K…..I didn’t kick a soul) but I am fired up for what I’m hoping to be a great day on the water!

Well……I got some bad / sad news folks.  The fishing was not too good and I feel like I let everybody down.  It was a pretty day to be on the water but man the fish had lockjaw and to make it even worse at the very end of the day I had a 3-pounder on and he spit my jig back at me right at the boat!

Sorry fellas…….big let down!!!!

Fishing is a lot like hunting.. some days you have a lot of luck and some days... it's just nice to be in the outdoors

I was looking forward to some trophy pics though!!!  I know you won't disappoint us in the future!

Thanks for the kind words fellas…..I’m going to get back up on that white horse and ride out into the sunset on the water and when I return there will be stringers of 7 and 8 pound bass hanging from my hands!
