Kinsley's surgery was a success !

 The surgery lasted 7 hours and had great results so far. Doctors removed all of the tumor , which they didn't think would be possible . She does have an issue with her one remaining kidney . There was a little damage to it during surgery but they think it is repaired and they are watching it closely . This is wonderful news and very encouraging . Please continue to keep her in your prayers !
