Sandwhich today at lunch
« on: April 30, 2012, 04:17:55 PM »
I made my turkey from Saturday at the station today. I had marinated the turkey in italian dressing and Baslamic vinegerette. I then seperated the breast and cut it in thin slices. I added this to a pot with 2 cups water, garlic cloves to taste, one package of lipton onion soup, creole seasoning to taste and about a halh cup of tomato juice. I simmered the mix about 45 minutes, cut hoggie buns and placed the meat on them with chesse on the other half an d toasted them in the broiler till cheese melted... Man they were very good!
