2012 Hornstra call set
« on: February 15, 2012, 02:34:25 PM »
Had a chance to spend some time with Herb in Nashville. He wan't at last years convention and I was excited to see what he had up his sleeve for this convention. To say he had some surprising calls would be an understatement. Here is a matched set of horn and Musk Ox, with sterling silver thimble accents.

That is a very stunning pair indeed Bill, congratulations on acquiring such a unique piece of call making art.  I am glad we got to meet as I enjoyed our conversation and appreciate you letting me park every now and then to rest the engine... *cheers*

Bill, you came home with some great toys for this spring.
It was nice to spend a little time with you and Mr. Battey.
Thanks for the tips.
