Duck Call from NWTF
« on: February 11, 2012, 09:43:16 AM »
Entered this one in NWTF this year.  My old dog died two weeks ago, so it was a sort of tribute to him, and I worked on it over the few months he was sick. New retriever puppy moving in tomorrow.  It's hard to be without a dog.  So, back to picking up hair (and other stuff) and wiping up muddy foot prints, and I can't wait.

I got to look at this call up close and personal during the live auction Saturday, the pictures are great but the call is simply stunning in person!  I hope the next time you come through on your way to Anna we can arrange a visit!  *cheers*

Thank you for the compliments guys.  Needless to say I was delighted with the outcome at the NWTF, and nobody was more surprised than me at how the auction went.  I sure do hope to get to the show one of these days to see all of the great calls and meet some of you in person.  I sure do admire the work of so many of you on this forum.
