My son and DIL are staying with us until they close on their house next week. They are also getting up and going to work. So it seems the least I can do is have them something to eat when they get home. I put this spiced up pork loin on this morning and have been cooking it around 250 degrees all day. It should go good with a baked sweet potato, green beans, and some french bread. Some cake and ice cream for desert.
