Title: a mammoth Tenn bird a friend harvested

Here is an old timer from the Sunshine state. He retired from the Babcock Ranch after 27 years or so there. He is still a turkey thug !!!
Here is a bird he worked with on of my calls, a Black Limba and Walnut with Osage base and got the bird comming . However, the show was close by one of his all time favorite calls ---a scratchbox....made by none other than Tim Clayton.
The reall kicker here is that the bird was weighed on CERTIFIED scales, and it came in at 30.2 pounds !!!
A real monster of a bird !!!!

Dang Jeff, what are you guys feeding them over there? Our poor little ole skinny things around here would sure high tail it from that bruiser. Congrats to your buddy for sure.
