In the woods at 6 or a mite after . Strutting and drumming gobbler died at 7:00 pm. He came in leading two other gobblers . One being a longbeard and the other a jake. Fooled 'em with the trumpet . He gobbled three times total . Lots of drummin' though .

10 1/2 inch beard
1 5/16 '' & 1 3/8 '' spurs
This is my first afternoon or evening kill on a spring bird ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the real fun is over till October . *cry*
