Title: Nova G3 on sale
Post by: Blackfalcon on November 04, 2010, 07:15:12 AM
Just thought anyone looking for a Nova chuck might be interested in this sale. I am not endorsing or advertising for them, just thought it looked like a good deal for the money. I would be interested to hear any feedback from turners currently using this one, I have a barracuda2 and wonder how they compare.

Adam has this one and loves it. Don't know anything about the Barracuda!

I have a buddy who bought one of these a few months back. He said it's nice but for the money he would have rather got one like mine (Barracuda2) with all the jaws included.

i  just  let  one  go  like   this  for  80   bucks...still  in  the  box  never  used...it  only  had  1   set  of  jaws   and  needed  the  adapter...i  just  wnat  the  baracuda  2...i  would  have   had  to  change   my  pot  design  to   use  the   g3..and   i   already  have  bout  6   sets  of  jaws  to   fit  the  baracuda   chuck  just  got  2    get  the   body...

Thanks for the info guys, guess maybe I'll just go with another Barracuda body seeing as I already have multiple sets of jaws that will fit. I also noticed you have to buy an adapter to fit the Nova to the headstock
