"Do not go where the path may lead instead go where there is no path and leave a trail." Ralph Waldo Emerson
We tend to follow the "main roads", walk the "easy path", do the "well established methods". But there was a man named Jesus. Who told us to imitate him! He blazed a new trail! Fought the established traditions of the day. Sought the Fathers guidance and did what he was led to do by his Heavenly Father.
So many times we "take the easy way. We are afraid to try and "step off the beaten path"! I wonder.....What would you and I be like if we were more like....Noah....Moses....Elijah.....Daniel.....Paul.....Peter.....Abraham.....Mary & Joseph.....Isaiah.....Elisha.....Solomon....David......Sampson....OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST!
Try blazing a trail where the Holy Spirit Leads! It may be full of briers and thickets and obstacles but at the end of the journey, you will be glad you did!
Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
