I killed this bird today at 0930....he probaly Gobbled 100 times....it was an awesome hunt...He just couldn't take the cedar Longbox..He just had to come see...this bird went from the bottom of a green field up and over the ridge to me...I thought he would come down the road to me but he went straight up and over...popped in behind me and i took him at 30 yards.....22lbs...10 3/4 inch beard and 1 1/4 inc spurs.....Off to South dakota saturday for Merriams!!!!

After hearing that call, I knew the turkeys were in deep kaka *poo*........Only a matter of time till one got hammered...
Congrats on a FINE gobbler and a great sounding turkey call......It's a great thing to call in and kill a bird like that from a call ya made with your own hands... *bannana*
