Well I have to admit every now and then a new member joins that I've never seen before in my short career as a turkey call collector.  About a month ago, one of those members joined up and I had no idea who he was.  Firedup.  I started looking at his post and admiring his work.  Then the dreaded thing happened, I pm'd him inquiring about his calls.

After a very nice phone conversation with him, we started talking calls and what he had available.  Told him I had some vacation (3 weeks of it) coming up and chasing turkeys was my main goal!  He played me a Sassafras/Walnut field grade shortbox with Osage inlays!  After hearing it, I knew it needed a new home.

Well here it is.  Sassafras/Walnut short box.  His work is very neat and the sound is amazing.  I love this call!  Thanks for putting this call together!  This is my first but will not be my last call from you!

Oh my gosh do I love that box !!! That Sassafras and walnut in that plain side inlay top and sides is awesome! Congrats Mike!
