It is getting to be that time again! Looking to see if we can put our team together for this years contest. Any body who was on the Gobbler Express team has first dibs for this years team. Just chime in so we can get the team going for 2018. *up*

Your right Bill... It is getting close... The most wonderful time of the year... Spring turkey hunting *dance* Thanks Bill for bringing this up. This year is going to be different than in the past. We will do 3-4 (or more) Power teams. Bill your the Captain of the Gobbler Express. Patrick Hilbert will Captain a team. I will be the Captain of the defending Champions the "Undertakers". Looking for a 4th (or more) Captain to put together a team. Each Captain will draft their team from the Osage Membership.... All team players must be members of Osage to play. Captains will contact and recruit their teams, At the end of the season Captains will gather their teams Kill info ( Pictures and stats ) and post them to be scored by the Judge (TBA). We need to gather a few very cool calls for prizes... Thanks again to all that have donated prizes in the past RkLu. We don't want to leave anyone out... But in the past we've had teams that some members that didn't post their kills... Get a team together and Post. We want to make this contest very competitive again. Hunt safe and beware of the Undertakers... ;D

I have one suggestion for this years contest. It would be nice to have each individual bird's (biggest) score posted for each member of the team. Last year, I asked for the tally for our team and was told those numbers had been deleted.

I just noticed on MSN, that the tame gobbler at the children's petting zoo, in Chattanooga, Tn. is missing! If anyone knows the whereabouts of Old Luther, please contact the Chattanooga PD, ASAP!

Well, I have no way of posting pictures of the first gobbler I killed last week but He weighed 21.7 lbs, had 1 inch spurs and a 10 1/2 inch beard. Gobbler Express is on the board.
