Was in the shop waist deep in sawdust Tuesday--and one of my sculling buddies called and said he had some imfo on some canvasbacks in some of waters in North Alabama...said his brother Daryl was in from the Midwest and wanted me to join up with em wensday---it was on.... *bannana*--first scull of the year on some Bull Canvasbacks---we made one mistake in the moment with the hen, but a lot happens really fast when the gunning starts---we took a 3 man limit of all Bull Cans except for the one uh-oh shot on the hen---the last on we never took a pic of with the others---had a great time and it wasn't too cold---lots of lies and laughter
here is a pic of one scull--you can see the cans across the river as we start the scull toward them...
