Spur, did his inspiration come when he was around 11yrs old out in his fathers small work shed wearing his levi's he has his granny cut the side hem out of and sew in a nice triangle patch of red bandana were his bell bottoms would cover his white canvas converse tinna shoe's and use the bright yellow plastic peace sighn he had hang'in around his neck that he won at the state fair that summer as the template for the "PeaceFul Hen"...

Oh my.. I hope you have pictures of this...  This is like stories my dad tells me.. and Spur never had seen one of Redbeards either!

I wasn't around during all the "peace" times.  I'm not sure if I'm glad or sad though with the way the clothing looked back then  *lol*  *peep*

Like that style and never seen anything like it!
Except for the peace sign , this is just like the tree yelpers that D.D. Adams sold for many years . Many other callmakers have produced this caller . I own several made by D.D. and Harold Shields as well as Quaker Boy . The peace sign does add a twist to it . Kind of ironic that there would be a peace sign on a caller used to bring a turkey in close enough to SHOOT !  *lol* *lol*
