Bill, Koa is one of the finest woods and comes from my home state in Maui, Hawaii. Instruments were made like ukuleles, guitars, and other musical instruments. Decorative bowls and other carvings are also made of this wood. Nice koa push pin... I bet it sound awesome. It make me home sick.
