2 Samuel 2:6 (NIV)
"May the LORD now show you kindness and faithfulness, and I too will show you the same favor because you have done this."

My father constantly told tell me that when you get to the end of your life if you can count your "real" friends on one hand you should count yourself a blessed man, so choose your friends wisely!
We use the term friend very loosely now days. A real friend is one you could trust in any circumstance. The following is a list of "True Friendship Qualities".
1. You could share your deepest secrets and their opinion of you would not change.
2. Their love for you as a person is unconditional.
3. There life and yours is "better" because of your friendship.
4. They bring a certain joy to your life that no one else does.
5. Most Important, their friendship is "Persistent"! Just as God is ALWAYS persistent in his relationship with us, a TRUE friend never gives up on his friends!

Bro. Mike

Dear Lord, When others walked out, You never did. When I walked away, You waited for me to come back. Thank you for being my persistent Friend. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Rom 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
