Matt McLain Trumpet
« on: March 22, 2010, 04:06:09 PM »
This is a trumpet made from Matt McLain made out of Zircote with an Ivory mouthpiece. The mouth piece was an idea from a friend. It makes the call a lot more raspy then most mouth pieces. But any mouth piece can be made raspy with a little practice

Man that is some nice wood.  The Shaffer special..LMBO ;D  That style mouth piece has been around for a while.  Matt just put his own spin on it in the shape I like.  Several call makers have been using a version of it for a long time.  I like it alot.  Great call Job, you play that sucker very well ;)---Jason
