In making glass calls the best sounding ones I have made had a wood sound board. In slate, copper and aluminum I use a glass soundboard. Just curious what the rest of you prefer? I know for me I just like the sound of a crisp call and wood seems to give a more crisp sound than glass/glass. Don't know if there is any basis there just what I hear when I play them. What say you?
