Thanks for all the kind words on this call.  I have a new design to try this fall.  Worked well last year if all goes well I will have some at Nashville.

I just received this call today and pictures don't do it justice. It's looks and plays amazing. Mr Permar personalized the call for me with my initials which is greatly appreciated. My oldest son has the same initials and has already claimed ownership .... I better watch myself. *lol*

Beautifully crafted call Ralph.  I think I like the proportions of that particular design best of all from all your calls.

It might be difficult, but you did get those initials on there.

Secretary for the Old Geeze here... Ralph's modesty keeps him from fully explaining his brilliant idea behind this call and its name.  The old vintage carousels from yesteryear had dispensers that held many iron rings and usually only a single brass ring that riders tried to grab as they spun around in a circle.  It took some effort and good planning to be able to grab a ring especially the single brass one.  The lucky rider who got the brass ring usually received a free ride or some other form of prize.  This is where the phrase to "grab the brass ring" comes from and is always associated with being on top of the heap or the luckiest.  In summary, Ralph wishes the call owner the associated good luck of the brass ring for "grabbing their prize" and we all know what that means when it comes to turkey hunting.  *cheers*
