Thought I would show off a rattle call that I make. I didn't make any this year and only make them for family and friends. These are made from osage and bacote.

Mike it a rattle call that imatates the sound of two buck sparring. There are two pieces of wood inside the box seperated by a nylon washer. By rubbing it over the palm of your opposite hand  it will make a rattle sound. My older brother who passed away 3 years ago came up with it after I gave him a scratch box call that I designed where you stored the striker inside.

Well Sir. That sounds like a good idea! I bet it works pretty well. Good job Tom. Sorry about your brother. You should get a patent on that design.

Mike a few years after I started making them I found out there was a big production call company making something simular to it out of a hard plastic.
