Camatillo with buffalo horn trumpet
« on: February 06, 2012, 10:17:11 PM »
Here's another trumpet I turned today.  The barrel is Camatillo rosewood (AKA Mexican Kingwood).  The picture doesn't do this call justice, the grain is fantastic.  The mouthpiece is made from buffalo horn, ferrule is .308 nickel brass, rubber lipstop.  Very happy with the sound of this call as well.  Going to the classies and looking for a new home.

Click on the picture to enlarge, thanks for looking.
