Chad what you cooking....?
Its calling for rain here so if I do bbq it will likely be on the Bradley electric instead of the ol' Lang.
Between work and school I just havent had the time to commit a full day to throwing coals on the fire in a while. My big pit sits there mocking me in the garage most of the time.
I did pick up a packers brisket, two racks of spares, and a few sausages I plan to smoke this weekend.
I have been playing with a few new recipes I'll probably share in the near future.
I made a mean carne asada last week with home made guacamole and pico de gallo; plus queso fresco, grilled onion, scallions, and peppers served on fresh made corn tortillas. It was freaking outstanding..
I also made a Brazilian style picanha sirloin on the spit roaster. It was nearly orgasmic. The wife and that dish may run into some jealousy issues..

I'll have to post some pics when I get a chance..
What time should I be over for dinner?
