The Grinnin' Reaper from Mad Hatter...

One of those awesome red, white and blue boxes showed up in the mail box yesterday.   *dance*

Opening up the box, what did I find...a bocote slate / slate, coming in at an easy to run, cool 2.5" pot!!!  Neat little tree talker, that can get really loud if you want.  Perfect size for the shirt pocket, which is why Redbeard calls it the "Pocket Player," and the medallion, well, that's just to cool for words, isn't?



I love the grain of the bocote -- awesome piece of wood for sure.  Striker is cocobolo topped with maple.




Really like this call -- when I saw, I knew I had to have it.
