Names on Calls
« on: January 16, 2011, 10:27:13 PM »
I posted this on CCO 2 or 3 years ago, but it needs it again.

I had a person ask me about putting the names on calls. If you collect calls and have a lot of the same type of calls with out names, it comes to the fact that is is a nice looking call , not that it is a nice looking call by call maker so & so,
The is true on all calls and you have to write your name so people can read them and not like a doctor. If you can not write well print your name. I say this because I have call with names on them but the way they are written you can not tell who made the call.

I posted this before, but after being at the Midwest call show yesterday, it needs to be posted again, as there were calls there that after you get them home you have no idea who made them.

Any one want to comment on this?

This reminds me of when I got wrote up on my first job...  my handwriting is horrible....

All the calls I have are very legible.

I'd hate to sign calls, but at work, my signature is a form of art.  Everyone knows when I've signed it and my signature in no way resembles my name...

I do have several that are printed and maybe this is because their signature is illegible?

I like the maker to print and Sign the call
Rom 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

I won't buy a call where its been scribbled on.  I don't care who made it.

Just putting initials on the call is not enough.
