Just wanted to say thanks for a hearty welcome! Good friend Charlie Parrish told me he was "hanging" over here alot now and suggested I check it out. I would like to take the opportunity to do a quick bio. First and foremost I am a turkey hunter (or at least I try!). Been tinkering around with making turkey calls since the mid 90's. For me it is a hobby, mostly during winter months. I have made pots, trumpets and wingbones but my first and serious love is a good box. First and foremost, a turkey call was conceived to hunt turkeys with and I think that is number 1 goal. All the rest is just garnish and shine but....I can't help it....I love a shiny decked out call!
Seriously I rarely post any pics but mostly just hang around, read ....and drool over some of the awesome work all you folks do! I will post a pic or 2 in the other section as a continuation of introducing myself. I hope to get to know many of you better and thanks for having me.
