I got set up before light on "The Old Cuss" But just couldnt take it...When daylight came the gobblin drove me crazy...I had to leave him on the limb,and go after one of the other gobblin birds,and man am I glad I did!...Followed one gobblin about 400 yards before I set down on him...I gave him A cluck and six yelps and he cut me off....2 minutes later he gobbles again...I stay quiet...1 minute later he gobbles again...I can hear him spit and drum,and I take the safety off...I see A red head...and then another...They are movin to my right and I have A tree on the right side of my gun and cant swing... I bring the muzzle up and around the tree and finally get the bead on his head,he is now at 10 yards and I pull the trigger!...ItsPeanutButterJellyTime!!!
I let the other long beard walk off...Had A real clear shot at him too!
