Title: Wild Turkey Extreme
Post by: hunter22 on January 31, 2012, 05:43:51 PM
This turned out mighty good. I took 1/2 of a wild turkey breast and cut it into chunks and marinated in Italian Dressing. I then wrapped bacon around the chunks and secured with toothpicks and placed on the skewers. I seasoned it with salt, pepper, and lemon pepper. I also had placed oninon and bell pepper on the skewers. I cooked them over hot coals, turning regularly every couple of minutes. I cooked them until the bacon got brown and started to get crisp.
