Title: Whole Grain Call for a Lucky Buckeye !!
Post by: Shadetree Callers on January 27, 2012, 09:06:25 PM: Here's a call that Scott Witter posted a couple weeks ago . I thought it deserved a second look so here she is. When Scott asked me what I wanted him to burn on my call , I told him he had free reigns to do whatever he wanted too . Well he knows that I am a bonafied whitetail and wild turkey junkie so he found a way to combine them into one ! This is a sweet concept for his woodburning and I'm pretty sure we'll see this idea used again in other ways . Onthe reverse side is a captivating farm scene that really pulls ya in as you look at it. I grew up farming and Scott knows that the country life is near and dear to my heart . The call is made from redheart and poplar and the fit and finish are top-shelf for sure . This call is tuned perfectly to kill some Buckeye longbeards and I can assure you that it will be resting in my vest this spring as I await the first gobbles of 2012 ! This call sounds as great as it looks , so if you are looking for a "keeper" call ...better get on Scott's list ! Thanks for making me this fantastic call my friend !
