Back in the late 1880's some hard working person was assigned the task of building a fence. For the post they used Osage or Bodak fence post. For over 100 + years the post have endured the test of time setting in the swamp and served their purpose. Back about a year ago I was informed where to find these Bodak Fence post. Man to say the least I was excited. I sure was hoping for some Green Mud Cured Bodak. So the Quest began, I set into a path that had many trials. I was almost bitten by the guard of the swamp. Almost struck down by the heat and beat to death by the flying wood and chips. Thur all of this I have finished my quest to build the calls I set out to do. With a little extra wood left ::). I wanted to build the best calls I could to my ability. A buddy suggested I do a Limited Edition. I wanted to build them with a theme and only a limited amount. I contacted another friend about some custom ferrules and man did he ever come thur. I settled on this theme. This wood didn't give up the Turkey easy. *wha* I'm proud to present the DIRTY DOZEN.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I wish I could take better picture because my picture taking abilities ain't that good. I need to clear up something. These calls were a long time making but before I even got started good they were all spoken for. I do have mud cured wood but this combination is gone or will be unless some one backs out. Believe me I know time are tough and I would understand. I will be getting in touch with those who spoke first within a day or so and see if they still want one. Sorry if I confused anyone.
To ad to the story I thought I never would get the Major done. I busted out 3 mouthpieces last night and was on my 3rd piece of wood. Green Bodak isn't a joke. If you guys haven't gotten with Steve about ferrules you sure need to. He's a super guy and with talent I wish I had.
Thanks
Richard
