That's what I keep telling myself. I got this beauty today from Steve. She is Apricot, a wood you do not see used a lot in turkey calls. I ran her on several surfaces and she sounds especially good on ceramic.

His name is Rickey....and, he has a issure with turkey calls ....and strikers.
Rickey, ya got another fine one from ole Torman.....by now, surely you have enough bonous points to get a extra onew from him  ;D.
Congrats on the fine tool,and Steve ya did that wood proud friend .

That Apricot is nice wood for a striker. It kinda looks like Pine but is very hard. Hope to see that one in action next spring Rickey.

Rickey I've said that with every turkey call that I have ever bought and it don't work. *lol* Good luck with that but in the mean time congrats on another fine striker.
