That's what I keep telling myself. I got this beauty today from Steve. She is Apricot, a wood you do not see used a lot in turkey calls. I ran her on several surfaces and she sounds especially good on ceramic.

His name is Rickey....and, he has a issure with turkey calls ....and strikers.
Rickey, ya got another fine one from ole Torman.....by now, surely you have enough bonous points to get a extra onew from him ;D.

That Apricot is nice wood for a striker. It kinda looks like Pine but is very hard. Hope to see that one in action next spring Rickey.
