Thanks to everyone who has chipped in to help with this benefit . This week we have some great items to sell . First up on the list are two custom knives made by Dr. Kevan Hoover from West "By God " Virginia . Kevan is a new member on this site and is also Kenny Crummett's dentist . He makes some very nice knives and these are no exception . One has the jawbone of a bear for the handle and the second one sports a coyote jawbone for it's handle . The bear jaw knife comes with a sheath and is nearly 14" in length with a Bowie blade. The coyote jaw knife is shorter and comes in at about 7 3/4 " in length. These would make a great addition to your knife collection ! The bidding will start at $70 for the pair . Pictures coming soon !
Next up we have a super nice scratchbox caller made and donated by Richard Shively of Super Yelper Turkey Calls . Many of you know Richard since he has been making quality scratchbox callers longer than anyone around . He has won multiple awards for his great sounding calls and has been a memeber of the NWTF for many years . This model is made to celebrate his 30th year of callmaking . It was made from salvaged wood from a barn in the Shenendoah Valley . This is special wood because almost all barns and homes inthe Shenendoah Valley were burnt by raiders during the Civil War . Very few buildings survived the wrath of the war . The bidding will start with my personal bid of $40 for this collectible call .
Next up for your consideration is a beautiful potcall from my bud Brian Aliff of Purr-D Calls . Brian is a very gifted artist and shares his talents with us on his turkey calls as well as in his painting . He is well known for his great feather art . This is one of Brians glass calls and it is decorated with a beautiful painted feather . The bidding will start on this call at $50 .
Last but not least is a sweet set of calls from our friend Lee Smith of Frozen Crow Turkey Calls . This set is made from walnut and butternut . It includes one owl hooter and one crow call . Two great locator calls from a great callmaker ! These would be well suited to ride in your vest this spring turkey season . Lee makes great sounding calls so don't miss out on these awesome calls ! The bidding will start at $ 60.

Richard Shively told me that he only has 4 of the 30 th anniversary calls left . This is one of those last few that will be available .
If you have never run a Purr-D call, I can tell you that they kill turkeys ! I used one this spring to close the deal on a big KY tom . They sound great .
I have run Lee Smith's owl hooters and they are worth the starting bid alone . Very nice hunting calls for sure !
