Title: Joys of work

Well I keep thinking work will slow down, but it hasn't.  I guess that is a good thing in one respect, but in the other... I need to learn to say no :(

Had to let go one of my employees about 2 weeks ago.  That was a lot tougher than I thought.  Just plain ignorance on his part.

Then Athletics suckered me into running video cameras for Volleyball games.  I probably witnessed the worst ACL tear I've seen while helping Athletics the other night.  Poor gal was our star player too....

Good news is, tomorrow is our opener for Bow Season.  Unless the skies open up and flood me out, I'll be out sitting and waiting for some birds to travel my way.

Summer is almost over and I look back and try to remember where my summer has gone!  I remember taking on more responsibilities in February and I now question why...

I'm hardly ever at my desk and people I used to talk to 3 to 4 times a day, I go weeks before I get a chance to say Hey  *cry*

I'm glad I have a job, but these hours will eventually get to me ... I know that :(

Here's to a great fall season for everyone!  October cannot get here fast enough and then it's on to Deer Season!

And the day has finally cometh...  Up early and getting ready to head out the door!  Man it is beautiful here.  44 degrees clear sky and the stars are shining!

Debating on to setup for deer or turkeys... wonder which one will win out :) 

Going to hunt this morning and then help the farmer bring in their remaining hay!  Nothing like smelling diesel from a tractor!!!

Now let's just hope something will cooperate and just reminded me... pack the darn camera :)
