Title: a pair of Ghost Maker(Ed Jenkins) pot callers
Post by: jmck on September 12, 2011, 07:11:52 PM
Well...gotta tell one on ole Ed ;D !!!
I believe his dyslexia surfaced last week. Ole Ed inverted the last two digits in my zip code when he sent this little pair to me. He figured it out Friday morning before the U.S.Postal services finest attempted to deliver the call to the wrong place. He attempted to correct it with a phone call and a tracking number, but the smarter employees of the Post Office just wouldnt correct the problem without it running their gambit of cherades to reslove the problem---thats do noting to resolve the issue---just let it bounce around like a ping pong ball until it finally lands in the right place. Well,,,,it finally arrived and boy am I glad it found its right place for anyone would have been elated to get these. They would have been kept I feel.
One is a Osage(thats right Porter) bronze glass call and the other is a Zebrawood slate call. These calls both spit turkeys and are so easy to play even I can make em sound great. There is a Yellowheart and a Bloodwood striker that both bite great on both surfaces. Thanks for two killer calls Ed...they will see time this season I promise.
Sorry for the story, but I just cant pass an opportunity to get a good laugh---especially at someone elses expense  *peep* ;D ROTFLMBO
