Well---its over......
the California team just beat Japan in the finals of the Little League World Series.
That is in my opnion the most fun sport there is to watch---its pure ball for all the right reasons !!!!

I love watching LL baseball. I watched most of the games this year. I really wanted Japan to win, but they didn't pull it off. Great baseball!

Living 25 miles away From Williamsport, you sort of take the Little League World Series as the yearly event, But having our local team in it this year was pretty cool. Keystone gave it all they had and still come up short. Losing 1-0 to Kentucky and 2-0 to california Was hard, But having 30,000 to 40,000 In the stands every game is something they will not forget. But the skill level of those 12 year olds was just amazing, from the pitching to the fielding to the batting, all the teams that I saw were very good. They said the home runs were really down this year, but I think due to some very good pitching.

I was hoping Lock Haven could pull it off the had a very good team just came up short , what a series.
My hats off to the California team they played a great series. I think the kids play better than the major leagers the kids put their heart into the game. I enjoyed the series immensely.

Baseball at the most purest form right there!!! Man I miss the days of Little League!!!
That was some fun games to watch...
