Title: Prototype Mouth Call
Post by: scott ellis on August 28, 2011, 10:42:11 AM: Hey folks, I'm looking to send a few people my two new prototype mouth calls coming out with Woodhaven and would like to get some feedback on it. The 1st five replies, I will message you my address. Then if your interested send me a self addressed stamped envelop and I'll get them mailed out to you! Please provide your contact information including cell number as I would like to talk to you individually about the call.

I feel the new calls are going to provide hunters an excellent instrument to use in the turkey woods. Thanks to all those that have provided feedback. If you havent talked to me please give me call. Got the calls at a wierd time of year as I only fall hunt one time. I have been busy making sawdust full time it seems .
I have used woodhaven mouth calls for years, one in particular. Scott sent me his portotype and one simular to the one I have always used. I carried the calls and used them at Marlins this year. I have to say, the proto is a hit. Its sharp, raspy and easy to blow. I like the call alot. And also the simular one you sent me to try(yellow tape on it) I like also alot, less pressure and great tone as well.
Now that you have provided me with the tools--its my job to try to get half as good with them as you are !!!
Thanks alot for the calls to try out, what a opportunity you gave us. I appreciate it and the mouth calls alot. They are going to be hunted this year friend !!

Post by: scott ellis on January 25, 2012, 06:44:36 PM: Turkey fanatics! The prototypes now have a name! The red taped call is the "Raspy Red Reactor" the yellow taped call is the "Yellow Venom". They are both easy to run and REAL and that is in part to all the feed back I received from the testers. Thanks again everyone! Below is link to the demo video.
