Here is one I am almost done with. Purpleheart over Osage. Hope that you like it Porter.

That's bad when people are classifying calls and know it's mine... I just wish I could find someone to do an all Osage Turpin for me ROTFLMBO
Now no one can argue, that thing looks sharp! I love the contrast on it!

Osage has that peculiar sound to it. I call it the Osage Twang... I'll warn you, you'd better have a liking for a different sound :)

I have to agree, it definately has a twang to it. That is why I think it doesn't work with all woods.

I've tried to persuade people to enter an Osage call into competitions... no one has done it yet. If I was a judge, it'd automatically be my first choice RkLu

It does, i have a box with osage and an osage striker, both sound great, but the osage striker has a sound different than any striker i have ever heard on aluminum, i sorta like it RkLu
