Title: Custom Knives

I am looking for someone to build me a custom knife anyone here know any good craftsman  ???

Trapper does some nice work.. I believe he just did Blake and Mirandas wedding present knives..

I have several Wayne Hendrix knives.  All very good and will last a lifetime.

My brother n law, Erwin Roach builds some gorgeous knives.  He's at E3 Custom Knives, I think you can google it.

Hendrix is very good, I just ordered 2 from Harvey King should be here this week.   He makes really good knife. Great to tlak to and work with.

 If you want a semi custom and don't want to wait Dozier makes an awesome knife.  They are a simply using knife.  D2 is very good steel.  I have quite a few Doziers and they hold an awesome edge, the only thing I don't like is the Kydex sheath.  I always send them out for a leather sheath.  I'm kind of a traditionalist.

Another option is to buy from a dealer.  Tell them what you are looking for and they may be able to help you out.  I have dealt with Arizona Custom Knives quite a bit.  Great to deal with.  A.G. Russell is good too.

I could go on for hours about knives. I have collected knives since I was a kid and just like calls customs can be an addiction!!!!

I actually just picked up my first real "custom" knife a few weeks ago from a guy named Todd Grimm of "Grimm's Custom Cutlery" in PA.  He does all of the blade sharpening for all of the axes used in the Stihl Timbersports Series. This one is made from D-2 steel, it's one of his "utility" style knives and feels "right" in the palm of my hand, I really like this knife and he sure had alot of really nice other ones too.
